Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Devdeep Manav Utthan Seva Samiti Shivdham of NGO. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under

a) No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, the online donations through the online payment gateway.
b) No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
c) The donation will be used for the social developmental work being initiated by the Organization.
d) No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
e) For transactions not completed due to technical reasons, customers are requested to call the NGO customer service numbers 91 - 9838409535 for further details.
